Question on New Movie Page for Existing Movie: Angel's Egg (1985) vs Angel's Egg 4K Restoration (2025) - Redundant or something else?

I may be missing some kind of technicality. I've never noticed before that when a movie gets a 4k restoration, they almost always never get a separate title page. The same thing with director's cuts. That as far as I know? Movies don't get new title pages when director's cuts are released. Until now.
