Question about time zone

When setting the release date, should we use the US date or the date of the country of release?

For example, Toujima Tanzaburou wa Kamen Rider ni Naritai (tt37532319) had episode 13 scheduled for release on December 28th, but it's available today (27th). Due to the time zone difference, the original release date is one day later than other places.

In this case, should I set the release date in Japan as the 28th or follow the standard US time zone?
