Punk Rock band flagged as an "adult" name
I'm not sure what the rules are for how names are flagged as "adult", and there doesn't seem to be any explanation on the help page. I always assumed this was reserved for performers/directors who worked almost exclusively in the "adult" genre. Hence, you don't see Sylvester Stallone flagged as "adult" despite appearing in one such title early in his career. However, I've noticed that the punk rock band Circle Jerks doesn't appear in searches unless adult names are included. At first, I wondered if the page was flagged due to their name being a sexual reference, but I checked their filmography and found one out of their seven non-soundtrack credits is in the "adult" genre. As for soundtrack credits, one out of nineteen are in the "adult" genre. In total, they have one composer credit and one soundtrack credit in an "adult" title. That's 2 out of a grand total of 23 titles, the rest of which have nothing to do with the "adult" genre.
Is this a correct application of the "adult" label, or is this an error that should be corrected? Is the "adult" designation reserved for career adult film industry performers/crewmembers, or is the act of being involved in one or two "adult" titles a scarlet letter that can only be removed after being nominated for an Oscar? Somebody please explain to me how this works.

Hi @timothy_gray_el34lojg1aih1 -
I'm circling back to confirm that the "Adult" tag has now been removed from the bands' IMDb page. I have also raised the display questions with the appropriate team (#P137756675) and will post those details here once I have an update.
Cheers!
