Proper way to provide proof for credit when paystubs and call sheets use a working title?

I have worked on a couple shows that did this. One is Cloak and Dagger, which was filmed under the working title 'Shadows'. All my callsheets and paystubs are listed under 'Shadows' which is not in the IMDB database. Can someone explain the correct way to get these credits added?
