Projects incorrectly attributed to me

Four projects that I did not work on have been linked to my name + page. They are ‘The Talk’ TV show, 2023-2024. Sarah Horne Cook was a producer on this, her name is also mistakenly listed as an alternate name for me on my page. ‘Mbappe’, a French short film, sadly I’ve not yet worked in France. ‘Twenty to One, an English short film that I have been credited as Prod. Assistant on in 2018 and hilariously, I am credited as appearing as ‘Self’ at the 2026 White House Correspondents Dinner. I have tried several times to have the credits changed but have been unsuccessful. I would dearly love to have the ‘correct’ Sarah Cook’s linked to their own work + for my page to accurately reflect my work history.
