Profile pictures that show up only in contributor mode

Everyone wants the ability to add profile pictures without paying a fee; but since these fees are a source of revenue for IMDb, that may be impossible.

How about pictures that show up only in contributor mode?

Seeing a picture of someone is an invaluable tool for me as a contributor. It helps me determine whether a particular name in the database belongs to the same person I want to add a new credit for.

Allowing at least one picture that shows up just in contributor mode may be the thing that makes everyone happy. Thoughts?
