Production Status & Date

Hello.  I started entering a new title for a film I'm producing and the same title popped up -- ELMHURST (2022) -- which I believe may have been added automatically when we received the CA tax credit and the film title was listed in Variety, THR and Deadline (Aug 21, 2022).  So I backed out of the ADD and went to the existing page and EDITED the page to add the actor, director, other producers, etc.  But I'm having trouble CHANGING THE STATUS and/or date.  It's showing as already produced instead of PRE-PRODUCTION -- we're scheduled to shoot Jan 2023.  Can anyone advise where or how I change the status?
