PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT - Deserve their own IMDB Category

It still baffles me how the team in the Production Management Department - those that do all the hiring of equipment, obtain Certificates of Insurance, deal with Auto Loss and Worker's Compensation, Production Rep[orts, legalities, budgets and are usually having to be the kicked in the dirt undermined and little thanked core of a Production - is still disrespected by IMDB by having to be in the same category as a day playing Set PA.
Come on it is 2022 - these hard working individuals should be given the respect they deserve and have their own category, if Transportation can have their own. A Production without these people would not exist.
