Solved

Producer Title should come earlier then Production Manager Title.

My colleague has credit in the Production Manager title but in the latest season, he got promoted to Line Producer and has credit in the Producer Title. How can we make his Producer's Title appear first in the list over the Production Manager Title and when you search his name too?
I mean the guy is a producer now shouldn't that be his introduction now? Here is his IMDB Link - https://www.imdb.com/name/nm13300638/?ref_=ext_shr_lnk

Vishal: The order of a person's occupations is based on how many credits the person has in each department.

And when a person has credits on a television series, each episode counts as a separate credit.

(Also, if a person has multiple credited jobs on the same title in a department -- say, the Sound Department -- each credited job counts as a separate credit. This actually makes a difference for this person; see below.)

In this situation, Abhishek Pandey (XXIII) has Production Manager credits on 6 episodes of "Sixer", 8 episodes of "Panchayat", 10 episodes of "Gullat", 5 episodes of "Cubicles", and 5 episodes of "Kota Factory", for a total of 34 Production Manager credits.

He has Producer credits on 5 episodes of "Kota Factory", 8 episodes of "Panchayat", and 6 episodes of "Physics Wallah", for a total of 19 Producer credits.

Since he has more Production Manager credits than any other kind of job, that will be listed first until he has more credits as a Producer.

***

In fact, Abhishek is currently listed with both a "Production Controller" and a "production controller" credit on the same episodes of the TV series "Sixer". This is almost certainly an error. He should probably have only one of those credits on each episode ("production controller" in lower case letters). The fact that he is currently listed with both jobs is artificially inflating the number of his Production Manager credits, which does not help him toward being listed as a Producer instead of a Production Manager. As I mentioned above, having two separate credited jobs on the same title counts as two separate credits.

I hope this helps.

@Vishal24 In addition to the helpful reply from Gromit82 above (thanks), if your colleague would like to change the order of their professions without waiting to obtain more producer credits, this can also be achieved via an IMDbPro Premium Subscription as explained at https://help.imdb.com/article/imdbpro/manage-your-imdb-page/manage-your-primary-professions/GWW6XSGATEXS8K5V

Hope this helps.
