Producer Credit at Series Level

A new listing for a new series (podcast) with 2 producer credits has been created, but an additional 2 names should have been added. When I try to add the additional producers, it's asking for specific episodes, yet these 2 additional names should appear at the same level (overall series producers) as the first 2 listed. Nothing I do is letting me submit them as producers for the whole series. Please help. I want the names to appear on the main page for the series as the first 2 do.
