Problems with merging

I tried to merge a duplicate page onto a page for the World of Discovery episode "The Secret Life of 118 Green Street," and the results were not what I expected.

For starters, the title is now wrong, as it is a shortened version of the full title. The resulting merge also deleted episode summaries and information on the original page; the original summaries and information from what I saw were more sufficient than they are now, though I could be wrong. I should also note that none of the "alternate titles" listed—which were due to the merged titles—are actual alternate titles either. 

I would appreciate some help fixing this.
