I can reproduce it both on that series and another for a new episode with only a release date.

I'm having the problem across multiple titles. I just don't know why the two times I've posted an example my post is marked private.
its on all series
and when I add an Episode title like the Series Title with Date of the Episode it takes till around 09:00 am german time till it gets accepted
