Problems uploading images to profile

This has been a regular occurrence, and frankly, it's exhausting. Thumbnail images are NOT UPLOADING correctly to Actor profile, even after refreshing the screen. Never used to be an issue, but there's a first time for everything I guess. The following error 'Error :Images must be between 50kB and 25MB in size" When mine are all under 1 MB. So it makes no sense. Obviously a bug issue, as I've resized and resized when it's completely unnecessary/ HELP

Hi nettiegurl16 - I understand that you are seeing errors when trying to upload images. Can you clarify if you are seeing the error when uploading images to title pages, or when uploading images from an active IMDbPro membership?

Pro membership. Standard IMDb doesn't allow for edit changes.

Hi nettiegurl16 - I understand you are having issues uploading images through your IMDbPro account. In order for our tech team to investigate further, can you confirm the claimed name page you are trying to upload images to? It will also be useful if you can confirm the image file details (e.g., type, size, pixels, etc.).

Disregard.. I'd overlooked the notation on the web page about pixel requirements. Fixed it and uploaded the missing film header image. Thanks
