Problems Adding Older Name Actor

Name actor, Brooke Adams, has been with me for a few years. I recently joined a management company (making my current company solely for production) and have moved over my clients to be listed under the new management company. IMDb is not listing my client under the new company, claiming I need to provide more information. Again, she has a been with me for a few years, and was listed under me on IMDb during that time. Not sure why suddenly there's an issue. Now we are dealing with her ONLY contact listed is a manager who is no longer involved, and is most likely not forwarding inquiries. Although it's been a while for Brooke being in TV/Film, we still would like to take advantage of cameo opportunities (we typically get offers/inquiries for features). Because Brooke is a name (was well known back in the day) and older, she does not have an IMDbPro account. However we did have her assistant try to claim the page, and thereby updating her representative information. IMDb won't allow that either. So we are now trying to figure how to resolve this - again, all IMDb has to do is look in my past client listing and they will see she has been a client.
