Problem With Listing the Credit

So I have tried couple of times to add credit at Samar Shukla profile but its getting denied ,the reason is Does not meet contribution guidelines.

Your contribution was declined because the credits were added to the title series page and not to the episode pages for which the actor was credited in. This is how episodic credits must be submitted to IMDb, as per our guidelines. You can find instructions on how to do this in the guidelines.
