Solved

problem with an episode cast update partially rejected

My problem is with submission #240927-125623-212000 .

The situation is that up until today, this episode I'm editing in the submission was completely lost, no trace of footage existed and it was considered deleted, so it had all the standard casting of the rest of the season which was added by default as I'll explain later. But today, in the official web page of the show, they released a video featuring unedited raw images belonging to the recording of this episode that proof that Françoise Lacroix, the actress whose credit I'm trying to remove, never was in this episode in particular to begin with. I tried to appeal the decision sending a capture of the last image I'm sending here that shows the whole group of actresses in the role of "Secretarias" that were present in the episode, and Françoise is absent from the episode, but it was not deemed enough.

As a particularity of this show, it happens that at the end of each episode all of the Secretarias are always present for the sign off next to the car featured as prize in the game show while credits roll, and she wasn't there, nor she was featured in the credits (none of the other five actresses appear in this episode's credits in particular, this sometimes happened in some episodes when the credits had to be shortened for time). Françoise's credit as well as the other actresses credits are present on IMDb since the days when series did not have individual episodes and credits were added to the main title with a year range (I also happened to add most of these year ranged credits for this show back then, around mid 2000's by the way, I've been, I think, a reliable contributor for more than two decades).

Later, when individual episodes were introduced in the database, I also submitted entries for all the more than 400 episodes that show had, and, as it was the norm back then, the credits were automatically transferred to the episodes in bulk according to the year range. For the episodes whose footage was preserved, I already corrected each episode cast as it was released, but the lost episode remained as they were since 2006 since there was no way to know which actors were in or out of each lost episode. Now that the situation has changed, I tried to update the credits as I did countless other times with this show, but found this problem that is keeping a spurious credit in the database that should never have been there to begin with.

I'm adding a sequence of five screen captures featuring the complete ending credits and a shot of a clapperboard from the episode filming that shows the episode title, filming and release date that proof that the episode I'm editing is the correct one. The actresses featured in the captures, from left to right, are Rosalía Turnero, Concha Lobón, Alejandra Grepi, Patricia Solís, and Irene Foster. All of them were kept uncredited in the submission as they should be. If Françoise Lacroix had appeared in this episode, she would be present in this sequence, but she's not, and in the absence of any kind of credit or graphic documents of her appearance in this episode, and bearing in mind the credit was added automatically, I think her credit should be removed as I ask, to keep the database factual and correct. I also include a five-second video from the first episode of the season where Françoise does appear and is identified aloud, so you can check her face and see she's indeed absent in the episode I'm trying to remove. Hope with all these proofs, the submission can be finally fully accepted (as I'm writing there's another credit that is being held back for some reason, the screen captures should also serve as proof of correctness of that credit if any problem arises with that one).

There's more trouble related with the same submission, the first part of it, a credit for "Grupo Folkórico Indian Dance And Music Ensemble, was eventually rejected for "uncaptured reasons", I tried to submit it again, adding the same pic I used in this post where their name is featured, but it was rejected again with the same vague "we did not capture a specific reason during processing".

The second submission is #240928-235001-006000 , I hope this, I presume, technical issue, can be corrected and the credit accepted. Their credit is in the image sequence below, I assume I don't need to upload it again.
