Problem with adding a person to cast

Hello there.

I added two people to my short movie I'm making:

I added them in the same time to the cast: Phil Herman & Alicia Hinson (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm14404694/), but Alicia doesn't seem to be approved. Also she was credited as "Actor", but has to be "Actress".

Can somebody help?
