Problem deleting duplicate image
I've twice submitted a request to delete a duplicate image and been denied for "not meeting contribution guidelines". Would like some help.

I submitted a request to remove #25 as a duplicate noting "dupe of #12". Denied.
Tried submitting request to remove #12 noting "dupe of #25". Denied. Not sure how to make it more clear.

Thanks for reporting, one of the duplicate images has now been removed.
I can confirm that the image you were initially reporting originated from a partnered-source and the display is reliant for specified features on the site, which is why your request to remove it was declined. The other image, however, was not from a partnered source and I was able to remove it.
