Problem Adding Poster

Hi, this is regarding contribution #231201-153519-743402. I'm trying to add the poster for my film that will premiere on Dec 9th at Another Hole in the Head Film Festival. I tried to submit this poster before and it was declined for inappropriate nudity but now her nipples have been completely covered so I was wondering why this version was rejected. It's an illustrated poster from a well-known artist who works for Scream Factory, Arrow Video, Fright Rags, Waxwork Records, etc. There isn't any explanation besides "Does not meet submission guidelines" and it actually says in green "Approved for Publication" but then there is a red Declined under it so I don't understand. The previous version was actually fine for Twitter and has appeared on websites all over the internet but I changed it for IMDb. Could someone please help with this? Thank you very much.
