Problem Adding Data
@Michelle how does imdb confirm a credit (name was featured within the on-screen credits on the title) vs uncredited? I am also having trouble getting an approved image to appear and wondering if this is the issue.

While we actively gather information from and verify items with studios and filmmakers, the bulk of our information is submitted by people in the industry and fans. In addition to using as many sources as we can, our data goes through consistency checks to ensure it's as accurate and reliable as possible.
If there is a credit dispute or uncertainty of the accuracy of a credit, we often require further evidence such as a screen grab of the on-screen credits, call sheets, letters of intent, etc., which our editors will review.
You mentioned having trouble uploading an image to the site, can you clarify further if you submitted the image upload and it was declined? If so, can you post the 18-digit submission reference number and our staff can take a look for you?
