Primary images getting replaced with promo images

The primary images for the below titles get changed with promotional material and disk images. For this title https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0159145/ this is the poster that I had set as primary and has been the primary image for years. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0159145/mediaviewer/rm3284577282/. This image keeps getting changed to this one which is an illustration from the manga. Reverse image searching this shows it as the illustration from manga. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0159145/mediaviewer/rm317174530/ Important to note here is that this person has deleted the original poster which I have reuploaded multiple times now. The second title https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0246734 This is the poster which is set to primary which is the correct ratio and is one of the official posters for the title. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0246734/mediaviewer/rm2315291906/ This gets changed to the below which is a disc cover art image. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0246734/mediaviewer/rm3784881410/ Please help make sure these images are not tampered with on a regular basis.
