According to the guide (https://help.imdb.com/article/imdbpro/manage-your-imdb-page/manage-your-images/GYJLH267T2DMYJ53?ref_=helpsrall#restrictions ), a person's primary should be of just him/her.

I couldn't find a way to send a correction for this via the regular route, so hopefully a staffer can fix this via this thread.
