Primary image cannot be changed.

Hello,

the primary image for the following title cannot be changed:

The message, "The existing primary has been provided by a studio partner and is not editable" appears.

However, the primary image is a poor artwork of the DVD, and I would suggest using the following image as the primary instead:

Firstly, it is of higher quality, and secondly, it would fit better in terms of continuity, as the three previous installments also feature similar poster images.

Hopefully, one of you can help me with this problem.
