previous submission not available to me

The previous submission is not available to me. when I 'load' #240911-004105-985000 it goes to a screen with a checkbox that says 'agree to' and a continue button. after hitting continue nothing happens. I opened a new submission 240926-230548-937000 which was rejected saying the other one is still pending (since 9/10). It is fixing an incorrect original entry of an episode title that is same as many others already accepted. I've even referenced other episode titles on same season already fixed and it is declined. 

TL;DR Possible to accept original I can not 'edit'?
