Poster vandalism is happening again

A few time ago I reported a user

repeatedly vandalizing movie posters with low quality images.

Guess what? Apparently the same person returns (new account?) attacking some of the same titles and a few new ones. These are the links to the bad images that’s he’s using:

This poor quality content must be removed and, as it was told before, some have been successfully deleted after reported but this person keeps uploading them back.

The images must be reverted to the original ones and the user must again be blocked.
