Poster vandalism is happening again

A few time ago I reported a user repeatedly vandalizing movie posters with low quality images. Guess what? Apparently the same person returns (new account?) attacking some of the same titles and a few new ones. The images must be reverted to the original ones and the user must again be blocked.
