Poster not uploading as a poster

Hi there - I've tried to submit a poster image to a project but it doesn't show as the poster image. I made sure to click "Poster" when uploading the image.

You can see my two attempts at uploading the poster image as they are currently sitting in the gallery. Can I get some help?
