Poster approved but not updated
I submitted a contribution on March 20th (#240320-172746-235000) It was approved but didn't upload on the page, I re-submitted a contrubution update (#240327-015200-637000) hoping it was just an error, it was approved but again didn't update.
I submitted a completely new contribution (#240402-194449-574000) today and it was rejected with reasoning of duplicate..
Can someone please look into this? Why is it approved but not updated?

I can confirm that you submitted the image link as an External link, as opposed to uploading the image to the title page. The Image link is visible on the title page under the External Sites section.
Keep in mind that adding an image link is not the same as uploading an image to the photo gallery and vice versa. You can find detailed instructions on how to upload the poster image to the photo gallery on our Help Guide.
