Possible Data Corruption Re: Lists
In a few cases when I have added movies to a list I’ve created even though the Movies IMDb entry shows the correct release date and incorrect release date shows up in my list. I.e.: “The Sugarland Express” is a 1974 release, but when I add it to a list, the release date is stated as May 1, 2025. The entry data for the movie has the correct release date. This issue only happens in a list I have created. Help?

Sorry about this. It looks like you are located in Canada? The problem is caused by the Canadian release date on https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0072226/releaseinfo/ which should not have been accepted. The team here will need to investigate how and why this release date change was accepted and take steps to prevent it in future. Do you have other examples?
In the meantime, a correction has been submitted for this title.
