Poor feedback on declined items

Hello

I've not updated on here since 27-7 and posted a few things last night - all of which were declined. Two minor items said that "The item you have submitted is exactly the same as a submission that you or another user have already entered, which is still pending review by our staff." - I would like to know (1) if it was me how come it hasn't been approved in 4 weeks? or (2) if it was someone else how am I supposed to know and could you not have two "decline" template messages that say 1 or the other? What do I do now - wait another month?. The information was only a role, on the show, so it wasn't like it was something that would be time consuming for whoever does your approvals.

The other one is more annoying 240822-173216-944000 - I've added new titles many times in the past and this entry had just as much information in it as previous submissions (which were approved). Despite this the reason is "Reason: Badly Formatted". What does that mean exactly? If I resubmitted I would likely use all the same information, with the same result, so I'm not sure how i move forward on that one.

Submitting a new Title is quite a lengthy process so I'd really not waste the time of doing it all again - only to have it rejected.
