Plot summary of a coming series declined because "Unable to verify the information"

I work with a production company for a series that will be airing later on. We wanted to create a page and add the episodes. I try to add the plot summaries and synopsis for the episodes, making sure the texts follow the guidelines, but they keep being rejected because "we were unable to verify the information provided".

Does this mean that we cannot add descriptions for upcoming episodes or films, before they aired? This page was supposed to be the official source for the show, if the information is not public elsewhere, how are they supposed to verify it?
