Plot outlines attached to wrong titles

(1) Current plot outline for BBC documentary "Weird Wonders of the World":

Members of the BBC's "Life" production crew go behind the scenes to explain just what it took to capture key sequences of the program.

(2) Current plot outline for BBC documentary "Life on Location":

The Three Little Pigs refuse to be scared by a hungry wolf -- and get a crash course in construction -- in this classic anthology.

(3) Current plot outline for Disney cartoon "Disney Animation Collection: Vol. 2, Three Little Pigs":

The Three Little Pigs refuse to be scared by a hungry wolf and get a crash course in construction in this classic anthology. 

The duplicate outline attached to (2) and (3) clearly belongs to (3). Both common sense and a google search suggest that the outline attached to (1) belongs to (2) instead.

Now, to quote Ian Fleming,

Once is happenstance. Twice is coincidence. The third time it's enemy action.

I didn't find a third case, so this may be nothing more than coincidence. Then again, I didn't keep searching for one when the chain ended at (3), and the fact that the two I did find are linked in a chain at all makes me suspicious. So it may be worthwhile to look into whether those two can be traced to a common cause, such as a database glitch or an inept or malicious editor, and if so, whether there's lots more proverbial iceberg attached to this tip.

Note that I previously submitted the above as contributions #210626-085901-079000 and #210626-090307-007000, the latter of which includes a sourced replacement outline for (1). Both were declined as "unable to verify". Because of the possibility of an underlying issue, I decided to post here... instead of simply submitting the changes over and over again til they stick, which is a bit tedious but seems to work just fine.
