Plot outline declined

#250424-162733-624000 #250501-000451-631000 This plot outline got declined twice as "unable to verify". I thought putting a character's stage name in quotes might have been the problem the first time so I re-submitted the outline without them but got the same result. I can't see what the problem might be and all other outlines I submitted so far got through just fine. Can this be checked for a processing error?
