Plot declined even though it is of the same format as other episodes in the series

I have submitted plot additions for two episodes of Inside the Actors Studio, namely S3Ep6: Matt Dillon and S5Ep2: John Hurt. In both occasions I have used the exact same format as previous episodes, e.g., "Interviewee: <name>". It is not obvious what is wrong in either case. How can I add a plot using the prevailing series’ format?
