Please made a 'Banned' Age Rating Certificate for every country

Please create a 'Banned' age rating certificate for every country, the reason is for mainly the Pokemon anime series, (as well as other cartoons and anime series) which has several episodes that have been banned not just in the USA but other countries including for countries such as Aruba.
