I restructure it as recommended. It's not opinion and it's not first person and it's not a goof.  It's factual. Given that meteorites slam into the Earth at any time and at any place, they wouldn't be safe in an area that they believe they would be safe in because it is susceptible to being hit by the meteorites just like anywhere else on Earth 

I'm curious as to why this was denied under trivia

TRIVIA ADDITION

When John Garrity and party have the main goal of getting to the original impact crater in France because of its lush ecosystem created by the impact, it is incorrect they will all be safe there. Reason being that the Earth is surrounded by countless broken pieces of the asteroid that continually rain down on the Earth at any location without warning and causing destruction wherever they land. Reaching and living at the original impact site would be no safer than anywhere else on Earth and in reality they and everyone else living there would be living in constant danger that they could be wiped out by these meteorites at any second.
