Please help me delete a very old image

I've been trying to do this for a while now and I have not succeeded. I've been trying to remove my movie's very old image/poster, I did when I first listed the film. I made this image/poster before the movie was finished. The names on it are wrong, a few of the people listed on it did not appear nor worked in my film. I have since then uploaded a corrected version, and tagged the appropriate people involved.
