Please fix this: The Jack Nicholson list of movies incorrectly has him in the 2012 version of The Raven. He was in the 1963 version.

That's a user list, you can make a similar list with the "Create a new list" button on the page. Users can add any film to their lists.

Toddsyr: The list you linked at https://www.imdb.com/list/ls097754085/ is not an official IMDb list. It's a personal list created by one user, known as "pokezayar" (https://www.imdb.com/user/ur66916386/). 

If pokezayar had listed the correct 1963 film of The Raven, the image next to it would have been IMDb's main image for the film (see https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0057449/mediaviewer/rm282311424/). That would be automatic. If you put the wrong movie on a list, the image (if any) for that wrong movie will automatically show up next to it, and if you change it to the correct movie, the image (if any) for the correct movie would show up. You don't need to make a separate correction for the image.

Pokezayar has not made any edits to their list since they created it in 2019 (which wouldn't be a problem if their list had been accurate, since Jack Nicholson hasn't made any films since then). In fact, they haven't edited most of their lists since 2019, including similar lists they created for people who have been actively making films (see https://www.imdb.com/user/ur66916386/lists).

Since the list is a personal list created by a user, nobody can edit it except for pokezayar themself.

I recommend that you just disregard the list by pokezayar, as it has no official standing, contains an inaccurate film, and is unlikely to be updated.

Instead, the official IMDb filmography for Jack Nicholson can be found on his name page at https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000197/.

Thank you both for the replies. I came across the inaccurate list by way of an internet search for a list of Jack Nicholson movies. I see no need to make my own list as I'm sure the official IMDb list is just fine. I will reference that list to make sure my collecting of Jack Nicholson movies is complete and accurate.
