Please fix this mess
Someone spammed this series page like crazy with ~1k episodes in last 1-2 years (I guess "to easily gain" contributor points or something): https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0286365/
This is inaccurate and creates and spreads misinformation. Some newspapers trust you and sometimes reports it like it had 1k episodes which is not correct and spreads the misinformation further.
It's the first Turkish TV series made, so its accuracy is important for some people, that's why this guy spent months scanning 50 years of newspaper archives to put an end to this misinformation and made a video about it with proofs, here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nn1469PqsDQ
Description section summaries his research and video contains all the evidence from newspaper archives. Use a google translate to read at least description.
In short, it's not possible for this series to have 1k episodes. It only has 314 episodes.
I would try to fix it but I can't do anything while it's messy like that. If you delete all the episodes from series and clean the mess, I will try to add accurate and correct episodes info by using these newspaper archives proofs.

Thanks for your report, I have filed a ticket with our Editorial team to investigate this series and remove the incorrect episode titles.
In the meantime, do you have any online links to help verify the correct 314 episodes?

I can't help but see interesting differences with handling of two similar reports.
There is no "filing a ticket with editorial team" in that thread.
There is no asking for "online links to help verify if they are really wrong" (another difference here is "that online link" was given here in the first post already while in that thread it's not)
There is no "investigating for months" in that thread.
There is no "We are working with limited staff" in that thread.
There is no "I cannot provide a time frame" in that thread.
And there is no silence for a year without any solution in that thread.
There is response from CEO of IMDb within minutes (wow)
There is "I was able to identify these recently added episode titles" response same day
There is "I am working on removing them now." from you same day
And there is solution for thousands of episodes in one day (another difference here is you have only ~1k episodes for this case waiting for months while apparently there were "thousands of episodes" to delete in that thread, and that was done quickly.)
Nothing was filed, nothing was "being investigated", nothing waited for months. It was solved in one day.
Clearly it's actually possible to do it in one day or in a few days. You just don't want to do it. There is no other explanation here.
And apparently the link I referenced is not working now. I have all the text saved but it doesn't matter anyway. I'm also withdrawing my offer to add all episodes properly after they were cleaned. You can have all the inaccurate info and keep having it.
