If the Danny Kaye film Hans Christian Anderson (1952) is a Biography (which it is, and is also identified as such by IMDb), then this title is a Biography, too.

The Danny Kaye film clearly doesn't fit the guideline. I don't think it is to your advantage that you disregard the guidelines.

Perhaps the guidelines need to be revised to reflect the truth.  “close to the factual record” would disqualify the majority of Biography titles, except, perhaps, Biographical Documentaries -- and, even then, liberties are often taken with the facts.

Night and Day (1946), anyone?

The missing --  and most important -- word in the guideline is “reasonably” --  "reasonably close to the factual record."

For the rest, these titles should not have these genres added to them as they do not meet our IMDb's genre guidelines.
