Please Delete Odd Credit

I've had this issue for years, but gave up because no one was listening.  I'll try again.

I've been incorrectly credited on a series called Buying Naked

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3456046/?ref_=nm_knf_i2

I DID NOT E.P. THIS SERIES!  My name is Brian V. O'Toole.  Please delete.  Thanks.

Hi @Box_Actual -

If your name was credited on-screen but you didn't perform the role, you are welcome to submit credit corrections to the applicable listings and include the "credit only" attribute, which indicates that you were credited to the title by name only.  Once you submit the corrections our editors will then take a look.

Cheers!

Thanks for trying to help me, but I don't think I was credited on screen.  I've never seen this show...I want nothing to do with it!

@Box_Actual You're credited on all episodes except first two pilots.

AHHHHHH!  OMG so this will never end?  Even if I correct this to "Credit Only", it's still going to be on my IMDB, right?  Will it at least be less visible.

If I was actually working on it, I wouldn't have allowed a jacket with that bad a moire to be shot.

Hi @Box_Actual -

Since your name was credited on-screen, the credit cannot be removed from your IMDb page.  Regarding visibility, credits are listed chronologically, so the more current work you do and are credited for, once listed on your page the credits for this show will display lower on your filmography/page.

I hope this helps!

Ahhhh...ok.  Well my main issue with this thing is that it has always shown up in my "Known For", where I'm actually more known for stuff like Stormchasers and Shark Week...and other respectable shows!!!

How is the "Known for" assessed?  Is there (please god) any way to override it?

Again...thanks for your help, this is by far the most progress I've ever made on this, and now I see where the issue started.

I'm an IMDB Pro member, and while it says you can choose those, I can't find a help article that actually explains how.

I figured it out!!! Amazing!

Question - if I discontinue my IMDB Pro membership, will my changes remain?
