Please delete (but don't block) the keyword "worldwide"

This keyword should be deleted, but not blocked, from IMDb:

worldwide (4231 titles)

As you can see when you click that link, all titles that currently have that keyword are WatchMojo episodes. Apparently, WatchMojo used a bot or script to populate keywords on its episodes, and chose to include the keyword "worldwide" on thousands of titles. The only basis for the keyword "worldwide" on these WatchMojo titles is that the titles are posted on the Internet (specifically, on YouTube) and therefore are available "worldwide." Obviously, that is an inappropriate use of this keyword.

With that said, the keyword "worldwide" is not an inherently bad keyword. There were six titles other than WatchMojo titles that had the "worldwide" keyword, and arguments could be made that the keyword was justifiably added to about half of those six titles. For now, I have changed the keyword "worldwide" on those titles to the keyword "global."

In conclusion, I recommend that IMDb staff delete all current instances of the keyword "worldwide," but not block the keyword from future use.

Hi keyword_expert -

Thanks for reporting, these keywords have now been removed as they were inaccurately used.  The changes should be live on the site shortly.

Cheers!
