Pilot of series streamed on Youtube 30 years later

"Wenn die Putzfrau 2x klingelt" (1994)

There was a pilot episode that was first released on Youtube by the producer of the show, Holm Dressler, in 2023 and never on TV.

There was a dialogue about the topic befor with the difference that the release date of the pilot of "Wünsch dir was" was unknown:

Should this be added as pilot Ep 1.0 to the series with the release date unknown or 2023 or as "DuraNext" suggested as a sepparate entry like the pilot of "The Big Bang Theory"?
