Absent grandfathered access to one of the legacy image upload systems of IMDb, you are only able to upload pictures to the one IMDb name page that you've claimed or, if you are a talent representative, all of the ones which have been respectively claimed by clients of yours, and you are only allowed to claim the one IMDb name page that is about you, though you may operate a separate IMDb user account on behalf of somebody over whom you have guardianship or through whom you can prove permission to do so.
