Photoplay Award Contribution Not Posting
Hi. I started adding some of the missing Photoplay Awards. A lot of these are in the system already, but many are missing. I entered them on 3/14, but wasn't sure if they were still in progress, or if there was some problem with them. One example is 230314-163854-824000. I gathered this information from the internet archive's scans of Photoplay. If anyone knows whether these contributions are pending or if there's some issue with them, let me know.

Thank you for posting the submission reference number! I have taken a look at it and the reason why it was declined was because it was badly formatted.
I will suggest that for this festival on the contribution form where it says 'Award' select the respective month or prize that are already on the drop down menu. Then on the 'Category' section, that is where you will put for example: Best Performances of the Month...Also, I will encourage you to submit the supporting evidence links with it.

Thanks! I made those revisions and resubmitted. Fingers crossed.
I think these old Photoplay magazine awards are valuable additions. We have a lot of awards from the time of the Oscars onward, but not so much contemporaneous information about what the popular favorites were in the pre-sound era.
