Photo manipulation not allowed (?) - Living

Based on this thread (https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/conversations/data-issues-policy-discussions/photo-manipulationadding-stuff-to-photos/6810123a244f5d4b8ed6cf86) I thought photo manipulation is NOT allowed. Therefore I tried to delete this picture: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt9051908/mediaviewer/rm2080058881/ (the subtitles are not in the original title). These are the submission numbers: #251028-214704-149702 #251031-193937-122802 Can a staffer look into this please?
