Pending submission - explanation

I have a pending submission (#240919-013543-855000). I can see what's triggered that so I'll explain here. There are two Nicholas Hynes. One's an NRL player (sometimes goes by "Nicho Hynes") and the other is a journalist. They're two different people and by chance happen to be in the same episode.
