PEGI ratings

The PEGI ratings are used in multiple countries, and a game like Halo 3 (tt0494232) currently lists the PEGI rating for 4 countries. But it might be more optimal to instead include 5 (or 6) new ratings for IMDb: Europe:3, Europe:7, Europe:12, Europe:16, Europe:18 (and Europe:!) which can be used for PEGI rating instead of specifying each individual country.

With the "Title display country/region" set to Sweden, Halo 3 is said to be rated "M", which is misleading. This is because there is no Swedish rating specified, so it defaults to USA. But being able to set the game to Europe:16, this would allow the game rating to show as "16" when set to Sweden, since it should default to Europe first. Each country that officially supports PEGI should default to Europe if a country-specific rating isn't included.

Another reason why Europe should be added as a ratings region, is because many of the countries don't have several of these ratings. There is no Sweden:3 or Sweden:16 (there is Sweden:16+), and adding 3, 7, 11, 16, 18 to every PEGI-region would just be too much work and the results would be inconsistent. Better and easier to just have Europe, and if a country do differ, like Portugal with 4/6 instead of 3/7, that is then added as an exception, and Germany which uses USK would have its own rating as well.
