Parents guide
As a family of animal lovers, we’d really like to see the inclusion of animal violence, in the parents guide.
It can be very upsetting for both children and adults to see animals abused or killed, without having any warning, in the parents guide. This is our primary source for this kind of information, and it would be very appreciated from not just us, but many other people we’ve talked to, as well.
Thank you.

Isn't animal violence usually listed already in "violence" section?
For some reason the example that came to my head is The Ladykillers (2004) plot of which features an accidental death of a dog on a (fictional!) movie set and that is not featured in the parents guide, so it might not be true at least for some cases.

My problem recently is watching action/fantasy shows/movies, and seeing battle scenes where horses are killed (sometimes in graphic ways), and there’s no mention of it, in the guide.
But, you’re right, insofar as I have seen it mentioned before; I just really wish there was its own section, in the guide.
Thanks!

Very useful for this! (It's not just about dogs)
