In Progress

Parent's guide voting is missing, on ALL titles, that have no manual descriptions.

Hello.

Have been trying to get an answer for 5 month's without any response.

So trying again now in a seperate post.

I know there is a registered fault from Febuary 2026.

BUT, as far as i can see that is only believed to concern:

"This is indeed a bug which seems to only affect a small subset of Parents Guides for episodes"

This is not the case, eiter a new fault report has to be opened, or you need to update the severity on the existing one with the info that this applies to ALL titles and types.

As far as I have experienced in the last 5 months

It applies to every single title in the database that has not got any manually added descriptions in addition to voting,

not only episodes. It applies to the episodes, to the tv series main page, to Music Videos, to movies, every single title.

It is not possible to only Vote, the option to vote is missing, so are the categories.

You first then have to manually add a sentence, then wait for the contribution to be approved, then visit the Parents guide again, and only now is it possible to vote.

Please do not just merge this with the existing fault, because nobody answers then, also this is concerning that it is missing on EVERY title, not only some.

Example:
