Parent Guide Declined Nudity report

I have submitted 2 different tickets for nudity in the movie Finestkind.  One of the male characters at the end of the movie pulls his pants down and flashes his butt, lasting several seconds.  For both tickets, IMDB declined them saying "Unable to Verify."  I understand false content problems, but this is not false, and it should be in the Parent's Guide under nudity.  I mean, there are parent's guides regarding male toplessness.  This is straight up the guy's butt and he's slapping his butt flashing another character.
